To visit the Website, you can sign in as a Guest user, or, you can create an account by completing the registration process. To do so, you will need to provide your contact information and verify a valid email address.

If you have signed up as a member and agreed to receive certain emails, you may get emails containing information regarding community activity, and directives from Zamasama Pvt Ltd from time to time.
You can unsubscribe from receiving our e-newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every newsletter.

Information collected
The Website collects personally identifiable information about you only during the Sign-up process: your name, email address, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, credit card details, and so on.
It can also include any information you provide regarding a child you are enrolling in the Zamasama book engagement program.
The Website uses information to contact users about special events, offers and promotions. This policy may however be amended from time to time.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties.

Protection of Information
We use a secure server that encrypts all information you put in when sending it to us.
While we use both passwords and user names to protect information online, we also take steps to protect your information offline.

Governing Law
This Agreement has been executed and delivered in India, and its interpretations, validity and performance shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court in Chennai.?

The Harold Grinspoon Foundation (“HGF” “We” or “Us” or “Our”) operates the Zamasama website (“Zamasama Website”) currently located at www.zamasama.com. This Privacy Policy relates to information collected online by HGF in connection with your use of the services available on the Zamasama Website, including without limitation the Zamasama book engagement program (the Zamasama Website, together with any associated and successor websites, applications, programs, and services, are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Service”). As used herein, “you” means a user of the Service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, a part of, and governed by the Zamasama Terms of Use.

DOES HGF COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE THROUGH THE PJ LIBRARY WEBSITE?
No. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The PJ Library Website is directed to, and intended for, individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older. Further, we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 18 years of age who you believe has provided personally-identifiable information to us, you may contact us at: info@pjlibrary.org. The foregoing does not include information that you, as parent or guardian, provide regarding the child you are signing up for the PJ Library book engagement program.
WHAT DOES HGF DO WITH THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?
